Use of the Completely Calida site
Your continued use of this site is that you agree not to use this
site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and
conditions or by other applicable laws and regulations. Your continued
use of the site also signifies that you indemnify Completely Calida from
any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of theses
conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of, or
conduct on the site. This site is only to be used for the purpose of
advertising holiday properties, properties for sale for no other purpose.
Copyright authorities
Completely Calida shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole
of any photographic material supplied and claims copyright to the
electronic pages and images of the photographic material supplied by the
advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the
photographic material supplied and has ownership of copyright or has
authority from the copyright owner to grant Completely Calida permission to use the material. The advertiser indemnifies
Completely Calida against any action brought by breach of copyright from the use
of such material supplied by the advertiser. Completely Calida
cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws
resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.
Copyright protection
Material and software on these sites is copyright protected. Other
than using it for your own personal use the material may not otherwise
be used or copied without the prior written approval of Completely
Calida or the body who listed that information on the sites.
Responsibility for accuracy and currency of property information
Completely Calida makes no representation as to the accuracy or
the information contained within the Completely Calida Website. The
property listing content is the sole responsibility of the owner /
advertiser or agent of the property displayed. Completely Calida has
not confirmed the accuracy and accordingly holidaymakers and purchasers are strongly
recommended to make their own investigations into the authenticity of
all information supplied. Completely Calida are in no way liable for
any inaccuracies or misleading statements made in the information
provided by the owner / advertiser or agent of properties on the
Website.
Website design, layout and structure
Completely Calida reserves the right to determine the final design
layout of the Website, including the right to edit copy, or amend
layouts or photographs supplied. Completely Calida also reserves the
right, to amend and edit copy entered into the online database by
advertisers. Completely Calida cannot be held responsible for any
loss, or damage, resulting from the design, or positioning, of the
properties, or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the
customer.
Featured Listings
Completely Calida will display a featured listing of up to six
properties. Completely Calida reserve the right to position the featured
listing anywhere within the site and will not guarantee any more than one
featured listing being active at any one time.
Booking Agent
Completely Calida are not responsible for the accuracy of the booking agent.
The booking agent is the responsibility of each listing owner/agent and as such
should be updated by them.
Multiple properties
A property advertisement on Completely Calida pertains to one
holiday unit or one unit for sale, not multiple units, nor examples of properties in a
certain region. Only one unit should be represented in an advertisement
unless the prior permission has been given to the advertiser. Completely
Calida reserve the right to amend any property adverts not
adhering to this policy.
Liability
Completely Calida does not warrant that the operation of the web
site will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall Completely
Calida become liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential,
incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused,
on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product
liability.
Privacy (Also see privacy statement)
Completely Calida treats the personal information of site users
with the utmost respect and confidentiality and takes reasonable steps
to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and
accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any
third party for their marketing or promotional use. Please see our privacy
statement.
Termination of a property page
If Completely Calida receives substantiated complaints from any
number of site users about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the
property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the
Property Page without notice, and retain payment. If an advertiser
attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or
persistently misuses the on-line systems, Completely Calida reserves
the right to remove the associated Property Page(s) from the web site.
Full payment will be retained. Completely Calida reserves the right
to refuse any Property Page from its web site that it considers
unsuitable, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. If
advertisers wish to have their Property Page removed from the web site
before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we
receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'contact
us' page, quoting their owner ID or home number and password. No refunds
will be given.
External links
Completely Calida reserves the right to remove links from
adverts to external websites which either do not conform to the
guidelines provided, or the team feel are not appropriate, or act
against the interests of the company or it's advertisers. The ultimate
responsibility and authority for determining the aforementioned rests
solely with Completely Calida. Should an advertiser add a link
without consent, re-add a link after it's removal or remove reciprocated
links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their
advertising without refund.
Photographic materials
Completely Calida will make every effort to safeguard
photographic materials supplied, and return them if required. However,
Completely Calida cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage,
however caused, and for any loss or damage sustained. Every effort will
be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but
Completely Calida cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage
or otherwise resulting from errors or omission.
Payment details
When a new property is registered on the site payment should be made
accordingly. If payment is being made by credit or debit card this
can be processed online by PayPal , our online card payment provider.
Completely Calida reserve the right to remove property advertisements
should no notice be given by email and payment not be received within
any stated timeframes. Advertisements may not be published until
payment is cleared, unless prior arrangement has been made with
Completely Calida.
Refund policy
Completely Calida provides an advertising service rather than a
physical product. We offer a 'cooling off period' of SEVEN working days
wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email to
support@rental-golf.com or
by use of the 'contact us' link on the
site (stating the owner ID or home number and the advertiser's
password). We will then supply a refund less a £10 administration fee
and notification by email.
Changes to pricing and conditions
Completely Calida reserves the right to change the rates and
conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately
for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
