Torre Pacheco
is a 9 hole municipal golf course which first
opened to the public in 1989 and is situated close to the town
itself and within 20 minutes drive of San Javier airport. 
Mike Says:
"This is a flat golf course requiring accuracy to avoid the many
bunkers and trees which line the fairways and the four lakes
which are located on the course.
This course is not really for the golfing connoisseur but can be
good fun for a few friends on holiday to pass a few hours in the
sun.
A good friend of mine plays the course every week and informs
me that the condition of the course and the greens puts the
similar municipal courses in the UK to shame and that the
greens staff can be seen working tirelessly to keep the course
in good order."
